We want your visit with us to be wonderful, so here are a few policies to keep in mind when booking. To make your reservation process easy and enjoyable, please take a moment to read our terms below. We kindly ask that you would respect our policy when making a reservation and contact us with any questions you may still have

  • Lunch

    Thursday & Friday from 12:00 pm - 2pm

    Dinner

    Wednesday to Saturday from 6:30 pm

    Office

    Wednesday to Friday from 3:00 pm

  • A credit card pre-authorisation is required to complete your reservation.

    Funds will be verified, however nothing will be charged to your card at this time.

    If you cancel your reservation or reduce your party size within 48 hours, the pre-authorisation fee will apply and act as the cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled or changed within 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation charge. However, if you rebook within two weeks, the cancellation fee will be deducted from your bill. No-shows will have the pre-authorisation fee deducted in full and will not be eligible for future deductions.

  • Reservations: To ensure we can continue offering our special monthly BYO evenings, we now require a 72-hour cancellation notice for all reservations. Our BYO menu is specially curated, different from our regular tasting menus, and this policy allows us to prepare for the right number of guests and maintain the quality and experience you've come to expect. Reservations cancelled or changed within 72 hours will result in full payment without refund. We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help our small business manage last-minute changes and continue offering these special evenings.

    Booking Times: If you are booking for the 6 pm session we will require the table back at 745pm. Should you wish to stay with us for a little longer, we try our best to move you to another area in the restaurant that is not booked. Should you wish a longer seating time we recommend you book the 8 pm session

    Menu: Due to the nature of these evenings we only offer one menu without change. Dietaries requirements, preference’s and allergies can not be catered for.

  • A deposit will be required for guests of 7 and over. If you cancel your reservation, or drop in numbers within 72 hours or do not show up, the per person deposit fee will act as the cancellation fee and automatically apply.

  • We kindly request that you make sure to note any and all allergies or dietaries we need to be aware of when making your reservation, we may not be able to cater or accommodate these requests without prior notice, we are also not a halal certified restaurant.

  • For safety reasons and the comfort of other guests, viand does not permit children under seven years of age. Due to the size of the restaurant, large prams and strollers cannot be accommodated unless discussed with the owner.

    Please also note that viand does not offer a children’s menu and does not have high chairs and request under the careful supervision of their parent, guardian, or carer, we kindly ask children respect the other guests enjoying their evening

  • All credit and debit card transactions including international cards will incur a surcharge at the rate of your provider.

    Groups of six or more guests will attract a 10% service fee applied to the final bill.

    Should your reservation fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 15% will apply

  • Please note we observe a smart dress code for all diners - we ask guests to refrain from dressing in sportswear or active wear attire and do not allow wearing flip flops or sports caps

  • Class Details: Masterclass details will be sent via email the Friday before the event. This includes parking, what to bring, and other relevant information.

    Menu: Due to the nature of our classes, we offer a fixed menu without changes. Dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated with 72 hours prior notice. Please contact us at hello@viand.club to discuss any special dietary needs.

    Cancellations: Due to limited spots (10 guests per class), refunds are not available. Please confirm your availability before booking.

    Please note that tickets are non-transferable to other dates, so we kindly ask that you ensure you can attend on the scheduled date and time.

    If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us of any transfers by emailing hello@viand.club.
