located in the “dress circle” (Ned Goodwin MW) of McLaren Vale, MMAD Vineyard was purchased a few years ago with a vision to produce high-quality grenache to rival the best in the world.

the vineyard site that Hill-Smith, Shaw Lemire, and Wadewitz landed on also happened to be home to old vine Chenin Blanc and Shiraz, so these wines were welcomed with open arms into the stable.

2021 marked the first vintage for this label, and now, the first of the 2022s are being released.

as such, we have decided to host a dinner with MMAD, led by co-owner and Master of Wine David Lemire.

the idea is to showcase the MMAD wines, alongside some of the wines that are reference points for their variety from around the world.

dinner will kick off at 630pm and will be set across four courses with a matching pair of wines for each course.
