A night with Angus Vinden — coming August 27th 6pm - 10pm
There’s a quiet confidence in the way Angus works — in the vineyard, in the cellar, in the glass. He didn’t start in wine. He began with architecture — with form, space, structure. But the land called him back.
Now, as second-generation winemaker and viticulturist, he shapes wine with the same intention: balance, respect for foundation, and room for instinct. His family’s Hunter Valley story began in the 1990s, turning four paddocks of weeds into vineyards. In 2015, Angus took the reins — honouring that legacy with Vinden Wines, while letting curiosity run free with his experimental Headcase label.
His wines don’t shout. They draw you in — shaped by tradition, but never bound by it.
We’re honoured to host him for an intimate dinner at viand: a multi-course adventure where food listens, wine speaks, and every course becomes a conversation.
Details releasing in July — keep an eye on this space …
This isn’t just dinner. It’s a night shaped by land, lineage, and a little creative rebellion.
