A LITTLE FESTIVE INDULGENCE… BYO NIGHT RETURNS TO VIAND THIS DECEMBER

As the year draws to a close, we’re inviting our industry friends, local regulars and friends of Viand to join us for another special BYO evening in Woolloomooloo.

Bring along a bottle you’ve been saving, something you’re excited to share, or a favourite from your cellar. We’ll take care of the food with a four-course seasonal chef’s tasting menu, created to complement wines that are full of character without being overly spicy.

$98 per person, including corkage.

– BYO bottled wine only — one bottle per guest

Whether it’s a long-loved vintage or a new discovery, December BYO is all about good bottles, thoughtful cooking and enjoying the season around the table.

Our December menu will be available to view during November, giving you time to find the perfect bottle to pair with the evening’s dishes. Please note that the menu is subject to availability and may change.
