We’re so excited to welcome Michael and Meredith from Stomp Wines to Viand for a very special evening — a celebration of their bold, soulful Hunter Valley wines and the vibrant, layered flavours of our elevated Thai cuisine.
This is an evening of connection — intimate, full of stories, and built on shared passion.
We’ll begin in our beautiful open courtyard with a glass of Stomp’s Sparkling Verdelho — crisp, lively, and the perfect welcome.
A special five-course menu has been crafted for the night, each dish inspired by the balance of Thailand’s incredible cuisine and designed to dance with Stomp’s wines. Chef Annita will be stepping in to introduce each course, while Michael and Meredith share the heart behind each pour.
It’s not just a dinner — it’s a conversation between land, craft, and kitchen.
