About Chef Annita Potter
Chef Annita Potter brings nearly two decades of global culinary expertise to Viand. Her journey began in Perth and took her through esteemed kitchens in France, Thailand, and London, where she worked alongside Thai food legend David Thompson at the Michelin-starred Nahm. Her innovative approach to Thai cuisine has earned her accolades, including a prestigious hat from The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and the title of Oceania Cruises Chef of the Year.
