viand x andy ricker - pok pok take over
Tuesday March 17, 2026, | One Night Only
Prepare for a landmark evening in Sydney’s culinary calendar. Andy Ricker—two-time James Beard Award-winning chef, Michelin starred pioneer of Thai cuisine, and acclaimed best-selling author—joins forces in the kitchen with Annita Potter, the chef-owner of Viand, NSW Good Food Guide’s Chef of the Year 2023 and former protégée of David Thompson, for one night only.
Ricker will present a deeply personal, coursed menu rooted in Northern Thai tradition, served within the intimate, artful setting of Potter’s acclaimed Woolloomooloo supper club.
The experience will be elevated with viand’s bespoke wine pairings, signature Pok Pok cocktails, and a curated soundtrack to match the night’s vibrant energy. This is more than a dinner—it’s a convergence of two of the most respected voices in contemporary Thai dining.
